Shipping Charges

Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your cart at the rate of ₹80 per kg.

💡 Note: Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight of your order. The exact shipping amount will be displayed in your cart before checkout.

Delivery Time

We process and dispatch orders quickly to ensure you receive your safety equipment without unnecessary delays.

  • Dispatch time: Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Delivery timeline: Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Metro cities: For Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and other metro cities, delivery is usually completed within 2–4 business days.
  • Remote locations: For remote or difficult-to-reach areas, delivery may take 7–10 business days.

✅ Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are dispatched on the same business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

  • Email notification: A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.
  • SMS notification: You will also receive an SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details.
  • Live tracking: Use the tracking link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
  • Courier partners: We partner with trusted courier services including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post for reliable delivery.
