All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST where required.

• Price validity: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation will be the final price.
• Product availability: We strive to maintain accurate stock levels, but product availability is not guaranteed. If an item is out of stock after order placement, we will contact you to offer alternatives or process a refund.
• Product descriptions: We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations may occur.
• Bulk pricing: For large quantity orders, please contact us for custom pricing.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We accept secure online payments through Razorpay, India's leading payment gateway.

• Payment methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and EMI options.
• Order confirmation: A confirmation email with order details will be sent to your registered email address after successful payment.
• Order cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order.
• Fraud prevention: We reserve the right to verify orders and request additional information before processing.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders across India with reliable courier partners. Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight at ₹80 per kg.

• Dispatch time: Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday).
• Delivery time: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Tracking: Tracking details are shared via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
• Delivery address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Refunds

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy.

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or wrong items.
• Process: Contact us with your order ID and photos of the issue. Our team will review and approve the return.
• Refund timeline: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.
• Non‑returnable items: Used products, ear plugs, and custom bulk orders are not eligible for return.
